From order to delivery
You can see what is happening, what starts the clock and when tracking becomes available.
Payment, design details, destination and the selected product options are checked before work begins.
For paid online orders with mockup review, reply within 24 hours of the email. Without a reply, the design is treated as approved and production begins. For logo and artwork enquiries, we send a free mockup and quote before payment. Once you accept them, we send an invoice or payment link. Production begins after payment.
The approved design moves through acrylic preparation, LED neon shaping and careful hand assembly.
The finished sign is powered on, checked for colour and illumination, then packed with its order-specific components.
After carrier handover, the tracking number is emailed so the recipient can follow the parcel and prepare for delivery.
Standard production and delivery usually take 2–3 weeks in total. Express takes 10–12 calendar days and includes priority production and express delivery. Timing starts after payment and any required design approval.
