Production and delivery questions

Clear answers before you plan the date.

Direct answers on total timing, approvals, Express service, tracking and fixed-date projects.

How long do production and delivery take?

For Europe, the UK, the USA and Canada, Standard production and delivery takes approximately 2–3 weeks in total and Express takes 10–12 calendar days. The same timing applies to indoor and outdoor signs. Express production and delivery to Australia usually take 10–12 calendar days in total. We recommend contacting support@theartneon.com before ordering to confirm timing. For other worldwide destinations or remote, island and special-access addresses, email support@theartneon.com to confirm current delivery timing before ordering.

When does the production and delivery clock start?

Timing starts after payment. For a paid online designer or ready-made design order with mockup review, it starts when you approve the emailed design or when 24 hours pass without a reply. The email explains this response period.

For logo and artwork enquiries, we send a free mockup and quote before payment. Once you accept them, we send an invoice or payment link. Production begins after payment.

What is included with Express?

Express is a paid service that includes priority production and express delivery. For Europe, the UK, the USA and Canada, the total estimated time is 10–12 calendar days for indoor and outdoor signs, subject to availability. For other destinations, email support@theartneon.com to confirm timing.

Do outdoor signs take longer?

For Europe, the UK, the USA and Canada, indoor and outdoor signs use the same published timing: approximately 2–3 weeks with Standard service or 10–12 calendar days with Express. Express production and delivery to Australia usually take 10–12 calendar days in total. We recommend contacting support@theartneon.com before ordering to confirm timing. For other worldwide destinations and remote, island or special-access addresses, email support@theartneon.com to confirm timing.

When will I receive tracking information?

The tracking number is emailed after production, testing and packing are complete and the carrier has received the parcel. If a separate email does not arrive, the original order confirmation link may also show the latest shipment status.

Is standard delivery free worldwide?

Yes. Standard delivery is free worldwide, with no separate delivery charge added after checkout. Read our Shipping Policy for the full delivery terms.

How long do bulk and multi-location projects take?

Larger multi-sign and multi-location orders are normally planned at 30–45 days after approval and payment. The written quotation confirms the schedule for the actual quantity, variations and destinations.

What should I do if the sign is for a wedding, opening or fixed event?

Use the date needed for receipt, inspection and setup, not the public event itself. Add a practical buffer and contact the team before ordering if the date is close. Express may be available for suitable projects.

What if the parcel arrives damaged or a part is missing?

Report delivery damage or a missing part as soon as possible, preferably within 72 hours. Keep the sign and packaging, and send clear photos of the issue, outer box and shipping label. We may ask for a short video to help identify the problem. This preferred reporting period does not limit your statutory rights.
