Custom 12V signs include a compatible power adapter, mounting accessories and installation instructions. A dimmer with remote control is available free of charge for eligible single-colour designs. Every made-to-order sign includes a two-year warranty.
Standard production and delivery usually take approximately 2 to 3 weeks in total. Express service usually takes 10 to 12 calendar days and includes priority production and express delivery for an additional charge.

Yes. Upload your logo, artwork or sketch through the quote form. Our design team will review the details and send your first mockup, technical drawing and tailored quote within 24 hours, free of charge.
How long does a custom neon sign take to make and deliver?
Standard production and delivery usually take approximately 2–3 weeks in total. Express service usually takes 10–12 calendar days in total and includes priority production plus express delivery for an additional fee. The same published timing applies to indoor and outdoor signs.
