We provide a two-year warranty for your LED neon sign, effective from the date of purchase. This warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanship under normal use and maintenance.

What is Covered:

• Manufacturing defects in the LED neon sign
• Defects in materials and craftsmanship

What is Not Covered:

• Damage resulting from improper installation or misuse
• Damage caused by accidents, modifications, or unauthorized repairs
• Wear and tear due to normal use over time

Warranty Service: In the event of a defect, we will either repair or replace the product at no additional cost to you. Please retain your proof of purchase and contact our customer service team to initiate a warranty claim.

This warranty does not affect your statutory rights.
