Disconnect the sign before cleaning and wipe it with a soft, dry cloth. With the outdoor option, the sign itself is IP67. Keep the dimmer and RGB controller protected from moisture, and use an outdoor-rated adapter if it will remain outside.
Production, delivery & returns

Standard production and delivery take approximately 2–3 weeks in total; Express takes 10–12 calendar days for an additional fee. The same published timing applies to indoor and outdoor signs. Timing begins after payment and completion of the mock-up review process, when applicable.

Personalised signs and signs made to your individual specifications cannot be returned for a change of mind. Statutory rights for other non-personalised products and faulty or incorrectly supplied items remain unaffected. View our warranty, shipping and returns information.

2-Year Warranty

Your sign and the electrical accessories supplied with it are covered against manufacturing defects for two years from the delivery date. This includes eligible faults affecting the sign, adapter, dimmer or RGB controller supplied with your order.

Warm white creates a soft, understated look, while pink, blue and other saturated colours make the sign a stronger focal point.

Check the room in daylight and evening light, then choose enough contrast for the design to stay clear. The right colour should work naturally with the wall, materials and atmosphere around it.

Dimmer & Remote Option

Eligible single-colour configurations can be ordered with an optional dimmer and remote, allowing you to switch the sign on or off and adjust its brightness. RGB signs use their dedicated controller for colour selection, brightness and lighting modes.

Mounting Kit Included

Wall-mounting and hanging kits are generally included, along with installation instructions. Choose the mounting option that suits your space. The exact contents depend on your sign and configuration.

If you request a mockup with your paid online order, we email it within 24–48 hours. Approve it or request changes within 24 hours of that email. If we receive no reply, it is treated as approved and production begins. This deadline is stated in the email.
