Coverage: All signs have a one-year manufacturer's warranty. Please note that any damage caused by misuse or improper handling of our products is not covered by our warranty.

Exclusions: This warranty also does not cover damage caused by accidents, natural disasters, or any other external factors beyond our control.

Remedies: If your LED neon sign is found to be defective within the warranty period, we will, at our discretion, either repair or replace the product free of charge. If a repair or replacement is not possible, we may issue a refund for the purchase price of the product.

Warranty Claims: To make a warranty claim, please contact us within the warranty period and provide proof of purchase, a description of the problem, and any photos or videos that may be helpful in diagnosing the issue. We may ask you to return the product to us for further evaluation.

Limitations: This warranty is limited to the original purchaser of the product and is not transferable. We will not be responsible for any incidental or consequential damages resulting from the use of our product. This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, express or implied.
