The price is based on the size, design complexity, indoor or outdoor construction, acrylic choice, mounting option and production speed. Logo, artwork and oversized projects receive a clear quote showing the dimensions, included components and delivery details before ordering.

Measure the available wall width and consider the normal viewing distance. You can also send a photo of the space for a size recommendation. The Online Design Studio supports signs up to 240 × 120 cm, approximately 94 × 47 in, and dimensions shown are approximate. Contact us before ordering if an exact fit is essential. Yes. Select Send a mockup first when ordering. We will email the design within 24 to 48 hours. You can approve it or request changes within 24 hours of that email. If we do not receive a reply within 24 hours, the mockup is treated as approved. Production begins after payment and either your approval or the end of that response period. The same deadline is stated in the mockup email. Orders placed without mockup approval move directly into production after payment.

Yes. Most logos, lettering and original artwork can be made as LED neon. SVG, AI, EPS and vector PDF files give the best result, but high-resolution PNG and JPG files are also suitable. A screenshot is enough to start. Very small or detailed areas may use a combination of UV printing and LED neon to preserve clarity. Choose from 13 standard LED colours. The tubing shows the selected colour when the sign is switched off, while Warm White appears white. Single-colour signs have adjustable brightness, and RGB signs offer changing colours and light effects. Backboards are available in clear, black, white, gold mirror and silver mirror acrylic, with cut-to-shape, cut-to-letter and rectangular finishes. UV-printed backboards can be prepared for suitable designs.

Yes. Select the IP67 outdoor sign option in the designer. The IP67 rating applies to the sign itself. Indoor signs must not be exposed to rain or moisture. Tell us before ordering if the sign will be used near the sea, in high humidity or in severe weather. Outdoor construction adds 10% to the sign price. If the power supply will remain outdoors, select the separately priced outdoor-rated power supply. Dimmers and RGB controllers must remain indoors or suitably protected.

Your order includes a compatible 12V power adapter with the correct regional plug, installation instructions and the accessories for your selected mounting and remote-control options. The standard setup includes a 1.5 m transparent sign cable and a 1.5 m power-supply cable. The transparent sign cable can be requested up to 3 m before production; longer runs are not recommended. Wall mounting and hanging options are available, 3M adhesive can be supplied on request, and suitable designs can be made with an acrylic stand or box.

Standard production and delivery usually take approximately 2–3 weeks in total. Express takes 10–12 calendar days in total and includes priority production plus express delivery. The same published timing applies to indoor and outdoor signs. Standard delivery is free worldwide.

Timing starts after payment. If mockup approval was selected, timing starts when the mockup is approved or when the 24-hour response period ends without a reply. The same deadline is stated in the mockup email.

The sign, power adapter, dimmer and remote include a 2-year warranty. If a fault occurs, send your order number with photos or a short video showing the sign, connections and issue. Incorrect installation, physical damage, use outside the supplied instructions, and customer modifications or repairs are not covered.

Contact us as soon as possible. Most changes can be made before production begins. Once the design is approved, or the 24-hour mockup response period ends without a reply and production starts, changes or cancellation cannot be guaranteed.

For orders placed directly through our website, two signs receive 10% off and three or more receive 20% off. The saving is applied automatically when qualifying signs are added to the same order.
