Do I need a finished logo?
No. A clear logo file helps, but a sketch, screenshot, reference image or written description is enough to begin. Upload what you have and use the project-details step to explain the colours, wording and overall direction.
Which file formats work best?
AI, EPS, SVG and clean PDF files are ideal for logos. Clear PNG, JPG and TIFF files also work well. If a file is too large for the uploader, submit the form with what you can and email the remaining files to support@theartneon.com.
Is the mockup and quote free?
Yes. Your first mockup, technical drawing and personalised quote are free, with no obligation to order. Once you accept the design and quote, we send an invoice or payment link. Production begins after payment.
Can I use this form for a home, event or business sign?
Yes. Choose the closest project type and answer only the questions that appear for that use. Your recommendation will reflect the space, environment, viewing distance and timing.
What if I do not know the right size or material?

Can every logo be made as an LED neon sign?
Most logos can be adapted for LED neon. Very small lettering or fine detail may need to be simplified. When the detail matters, we can suggest a hybrid design that combines UV printing with LED neon.
