Founded by two brothers in Seinäjoki in 2022, The Art Neon creates made-to-order LED neon signs for homes, events and businesses. We guide each project from the first idea and design through production, delivery and support.
Our origin
The Art Neon began in Seinäjoki in 2022, when two brothers started experimenting with LED neon and a single CNC machine at home. The first projects were created for local cafés, events and homes.
That practical beginning still shapes how we work today: understand the space, refine the design and keep the agreed details connected from quotation to delivery.
Two brothers began developing custom LED neon signs with one CNC machine in a small home workspace.
Early projects moved from experiments into local cafés, events and homes around Seinäjoki and across Finland.
The customer base expanded across Europe, the United Kingdom, North America and other international destinations.
Today, customers can design text signs online, request tailored artwork and receive support through production, delivery and aftercare.

How a made-to-order project works
Each stage keeps the design, order details and expectations clear before the sign moves forward.

Use the Online Design Studio for text and available icons. Request a tailored quote for logos, custom artwork, a different font or additional specifications.
If you request a mockup with your paid online order, we email it within 24–48 hours. Approve it or request changes within 24 hours of that email. If we receive no reply, it is treated as approved and production begins. This deadline is stated in the email.
The sign is produced from the selected or approved design, checked, packed and shipped. Installation guidance and customer support remain available after delivery.

Backing, mounting and cable direction are considered within the order. Unusual locations may require a qualified local professional.
Eligible defects in the sign and included components are covered for two years from the delivery date under the published warranty terms.

For a logo or artwork quotation, production begins after the agreed design approval and payment.
Personalised signs are made to the selected or approved specifications and are not treated like standard stock products. The current Return Policy explains the applicable return limits and the remedies available for faulty or damaged items.
The two-year warranty begins on the delivery date and covers eligible defects in the sign and included components, including the RGB controller and outdoor adapter, under the published warranty terms.
