We ordered a neon sign for our cocktail bar’s reopening and honestly, it exceeded our expectations in every way.
First off, the communication was fantastic. We had a custom shape in mind - not just text - and the design team turned our rough sketch into a proper render within 48 hours. They even advised us on color combinations.
Once approved, the production was quick, and it arrived sooner than promised. We were a bit worried about customs since we’re based in Ireland, but everything cleared smoothly.
What really stood out was the attention to detail - the cables were neatly hidden, they added a dimmer, and even a small note inside the box with installation tips.

I ordered a custom neon sign for my yoga studio. Something minimal with the word “breathe” in a soft script. The whole experience was incredibly smooth.
