Events & brand activations FAQ

Plan the date, setup and future use with clear answers.

Practical guidance for brand teams, agencies, exhibitors, producers, venues and event planners.

How early should we order an event neon sign?

Standard production and delivery normally takes 2–3 weeks. Express service takes 10–12 calendar days for eligible projects and carries an additional fee. Timing starts after payment and, when mockup approval is selected, after approval. Share the event date before ordering so the suitable service can be confirmed.

How does mockup approval work for event orders?

If mockup approval is selected, we send the mockup by email before production. You can reply with approval or requested changes by following the instructions and response deadline provided in that email. Production begins after payment and completion of the mockup review process.

Can our logo or campaign artwork be converted into LED neon?

Usually, yes. Fine details may be simplified or combined with printed or engraved acrylic so the identity remains recognizable and suitable for production. Tell us which brand details must remain unchanged, and you can review the proposed interpretation before production.

Can we order several signs or coordinate multiple event locations?

Yes. Share the quantities, design variations, destinations, electrical requirements and event schedule. We can coordinate the visual system and delivery stages as one project, with final pricing confirmed in the tailored quotation.

Can a large sign be divided for transport and repeated setup?

Many large signs can be produced in coordinated sections that align into one complete design when assembled. The division points, connectors, labels, mounting method, transport dimensions and reassembly sequence are shown in the technical drawing and confirmed before production.

Do you offer event sign rental?

Our event signs are made to order for purchase. If the sign will move between events, tell us from the beginning so portability, protective packing and repeated setup can be included in the proposal.

Can the sign stand on the floor or a counter?

Yes. Selected designs can be prepared as a freestanding acrylic stand or acrylic box for a floor display, reception area, counter or plinth. Share the planned position, available footprint, preferred height and viewing direction, and whether the sign will be moved or reused. We’ll confirm the most suitable construction in the proposal before production.

Can the sign be used outdoors?

Yes. Outdoor signs use an IP67 sign body. A standard adapter can be used when it remains indoors; if the adapter will remain outdoors, an outdoor waterproof adapter is required. Dimmers and RGB controllers are not waterproof and must stay indoors or be suitably protected.

Can the sign hang from a backdrop, booth or truss?

Yes, when the sign, backing, weight and support system suit the planned installation. Share the stand or backdrop specification and permitted fixing method. The venue or a qualified local professional should handle rigging, elevated work and structural approval where required.

How do we make the neon work well in photos and video?

Plan the sign around the people, camera position, background and ambient lighting. A compatible dimmer helps balance the glow, and the installed sign can be tested with the cameras and lighting used at the event.

What should be included in the first event brief?

Include the event date, city and country, venue or stand details, logo or wording, quantity, usable dimensions, placement photos or drawings, indoor or outdoor use, setup window, power route and whether the sign will travel or be reused.
