Production & Delivery Times
Indoor Signs: Approx. 2–3 weeks (USA)
Waterproof (Outdoor) Signs: Approx. 3–4 weeks (USA)
Rush Orders: Expedited Production + Delivery: 9–12 days total
For Outdoor (Waterproof) signs, please add +5 days to the total timeline for rush orders.

We ship with FedEx and DHL under DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) terms, meaning there are no customs fees or extra charges for you. 

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this tracking number on our website’s Order Tracking page to monitor your shipment’s progress.

Urgent Orders & Event Dates
If you have an urgent order or require delivery by a specific date, please select “Rush My Order” during checkout. After placing your order, kindly email us at support@theartneon.com with your desired delivery date. We will do our best to ensure your order arrives exactly when you need it.
