Production and Delivery Time
Production + delivery: approximately 2–3 weeks

Express Orders
Fast production + delivery: approximately 8–10 days in total
If you order an outdoor / waterproof sign, please add approximately +2 days to the total delivery time for express orders.

We offer free worldwide shipping and work with trusted carriers such as FedEx, DHL and UPS.

Customs and Additional Costs
For orders delivered within the European Union and to the United States, customers do not need to pay additional customs fees, import taxes or hidden costs at delivery. Customers also do not need to handle customs clearance.

For deliveries to other countries, customs procedures or import charges may vary depending on local regulations. If any additional information or action is required, our team will assist you as much as possible.

The price shown at checkout is the final price for EU and US orders.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number on our Order Tracking page to follow the delivery status. You can download your invoice from the order confirmation email.

Urgent Orders and Event Deadlines
If you have an urgent order or need delivery by a specific date, please select the “Express Order” option at checkout. After placing your order, please email us at support@theartneon.com with your required delivery date. We will do our best to make sure your order arrives on time.
