How is pricing calculated for bulk orders?
Bulk quotations are prepared as one tailored project price based on the total quantity, repeated or varied artwork, sign sizes, specifications, packaging and delivery plan. This is separate from the automatic website offer. Orders placed directly through the website receive 10% off for two signs and 20% off for three or more signs, while enquiries submitted through this bulk form receive a project-specific quotation.
Who are bulk neon sign orders suitable for?
Bulk neon orders are suitable for businesses and project teams that need two or more custom signs. Common projects include retail and hospitality groups, offices, gyms and salons, events and brand activations, film and TV productions, property developments, multi-location rollouts, and work managed by agencies, architects or interior designers. The signs can repeat one design or use different logos, wording, sizes and colors. If you need only one sign, use the logo and design quotation.
Can each sign have a different logo, wording, size or color?
Yes. Signs in the same bulk order do not need to share one design. Each sign can have its own logo, wording, size, color and technical specification. We produce every sign to the mockup and technical drawing you approve for that design or location, so repeated signs and completely different designs can be managed in one order.
Can signs be delivered to several countries or locations?
Yes. Standard delivery is free across Denmark. Include every delivery address in your enquiry so we can plan each shipment. Your quotation confirms the delivery arrangements.

Can an agency, architect or interior designer request the quote for a client?
Yes. State your role, who approves the artwork and specification, who receives the quotation or invoice, and who owns installation and delivery decisions. This keeps the professional and client responsibilities clear.
How long do bulk orders take?
Bulk and multi-location projects are normally planned over 30–45 calendar days after final design approval and payment. The written quotation confirms the schedule for the actual quantity, variations and delivery destinations.
Is the first mockup and quotation free?
Yes. We review the brief and send the first mockup, technical drawing and tailored quotation free of charge. No payment is needed to request the quotation. Production begins after the design is approved and payment is completed.
Can I upload artwork with the brief?
Yes. Add your logo, artwork, location sheet or reference files directly to the form. AI, SVG, EPS or PDF files are ideal, and clear PNG or JPG files also work. Larger files can be shared by a viewable link or emailed after submission.
What happens after the bulk order form is sent?
Our team reviews the files, quantities, variations and delivery plan. We normally reply within 24 hours with the first questions or the most useful next proposal.
Can an EU business receive a 0% VAT invoice?
For a qualifying intra-Community B2B supply, a business established in another EU country outside Finland may receive a 0% VAT invoice when it provides a valid EU VAT number and the transaction meets the applicable requirements. We verify the VAT number and the billing and delivery details before issuing the invoice. If the requirements are not met, VAT is charged according to the applicable rules.
