Yes. The first mockup, technical drawing and tailored quote are free. There is no payment or obligation until you decide to place the order.

We reply to complete project requests within 24 hours. If you mark the request as urgent, we may be able to respond sooner. Large or technically complex projects can take longer to finalise after the first reply.

SVG, AI, EPS or vector PDF files give the cleanest starting point. We can also work from a high-resolution PNG or JPG. A screenshot, sketch or clear phone photo is enough to begin if that is all you have.

Usually, yes. Very small details may need to be simplified or combined with UV printing or engraved acrylic. This keeps the logo recognisable and practical to produce. You approve the proposed interpretation before production.

Yes. Straightforward indoor wording can be created in the online text designer. Request a tailored proposal instead when the sign uses brand typography, will be unusually large, needs outdoor construction or is part of a broader business project.

Yes. Choose the IP67 outdoor version when the sign will be exposed to rain or moisture. Outdoor signs cost 10% more than the equivalent indoor version. Tell us about coastal, very humid or severe conditions when requesting the quote.

For orders placed directly through our website, two signs receive 10% off and three or more receive 20% off through the standard online quantity offer. If you use our Bulk & Trade route instead, we prepare separate package pricing for the complete project based on the quantity, designs, sizes, destinations and required schedule.

Your sign usually comes with both a wall-mounting kit and a hanging kit. The exact contents depend on your configuration. Installation instructions and a power adapter with the correct plug for the destination are included. Dimming controls and an outdoor adapter depend on your selected options. Hardwired or unusual installations should be assessed by a qualified local electrician.

Standard production and delivery usually take 2–3 weeks in total. Express usually takes 10–12 calendar days in total, including priority production and express delivery. The same timing applies to indoor and outdoor signs.

Timing starts after payment and any required mockup approval. Share any opening or event date in your first request.

Your 2-year warranty starts on delivery and covers the sign, LEDs, power adapter, dimmer, remote control and RGB controller against manufacturing or component faults. Incorrect installation, physical damage, unauthorised repairs and use outside the instructions are not covered.

Rules vary by property and location. Confirm landlord, property, planning, electrical and local signage requirements before installation. Share any known restrictions early so the proposed dimensions, placement and mounting can take them into account.

Yes. Standard delivery is free throughout Switzerland. Paid Express service combines priority production and express delivery and usually takes 10–12 calendar days in total. Contact us before ordering if you have a fixed deadline.

Yes, when the design allows it. Long or oversized signs can be divided by line or built as coordinated sections that align as one finished design. We confirm the split, connections and mounting plan by email before production. Finished dimensions may vary slightly with the design. Let us know before ordering if an exact fit is essential.

If your business is established in another EU country and has a valid EU VAT number, the order may be invoiced at 0% VAT when the goods are delivered from Finland to that EU country and the legal requirements for an intra-Community supply are met. We verify the VAT number before invoicing.
