Salon reception
For this reception sign, the main Flamingo logo is illuminated in pink LED neon while the smaller Parturi-Kampaamo wording is engraved into the acrylic. Combining the two techniques preserved the finer brand details and created a clear focal point behind the front desk.

Yes, when the sign is specifically ordered for outdoor use. Our outdoor option is rated IP67 and is produced for exposure to moisture and changing weather. Please select the outdoor option in the quote form so the correct specification is used.
Signs are supplied with pre-drilled acrylic backing and an installation kit for straightforward wall mounting. Hanging and other mounting options can also be discussed when preparing your design and quote.
Yes. You can request changes to the design, size, colors or other details before approving the order. Production begins only after the final design has been confirmed.
No payment is required to receive the design and quote. You only pay after you are ready to proceed. A formal business quote and invoice can be arranged where applicable.
How are LED Neon signs made?
LED Neon signs are handcrafted, utilizing low-energy, durable LED tubes encased in sturdy acrylic backings for safety and longevity. This method ensures a quality, eco-friendly product that maintains a luminous glow without using hazardous materials like mercury or gas.

Are LED Neon signs safe and durable?
Our LED neon signs use low-voltage LEDs and do not contain glass neon tubes. They may feel warm during use. Choose the outdoor version for outdoor installations and follow the instructions supplied with your sign.
How long do LED Neon signs last, and what maintenance is required?
LED Neon signs are long-lasting, typically lasting up to 50,000 hours and requiring minimal maintenance. Compared to traditional glass neon signs, they are less prone to fading and maintain their brightness over time.
How can I install my custom neon sign?
Choose the mounting method that suits your space when ordering. We normally include both a wall-mounting kit and a hanging kit. Other mounting options depend on your selection. Check the supplied instructions and use fixings suitable for the surface.
Can LED Neon signs be used outdoors?
Yes, when you choose the outdoor version. The outdoor sign is IP67-rated. The standard adapter can be used if it stays indoors and protected from moisture. If the adapter will stay outside, select the separately priced outdoor-rated adapter. Dimmers and RGB controllers are not waterproof and must stay indoors or in a suitable protected enclosure. RGB signs require a controller. Follow the installation instructions for every component.
Can I dim or adjust the brightness of my LED neon sign?
Yes, our signs come with an optional remote control that allows you to adjust brightness levels and switch between flashing modes.
What happens if my sign is damaged during shipping?
Contact support@theartneon.com as soon as possible, preferably within 72 hours of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the sign, box and shipping label, and keep the packaging. We will help resolve the issue. This reporting request does not limit your statutory rights.
What are the production and delivery times for your products?
For Europe, including the UK, the USA and Canada, Standard production and delivery usually take 2–3 weeks in total. Express usually takes 10–12 calendar days. These estimates apply to both indoor and outdoor signs. See our Production and Delivery page for approval timing and other destinations.
What is the delivery time for 5V USB Neon Signs?
Our 5V USB signs are normally made after an order is placed unless explicitly marked as in stock. Check the product page and your order confirmation for the applicable delivery estimate.
Can I track my order once it has been shipped?
Yes! Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number, which you can use on our website’s Tracking Page to follow your order’s journey.
Can I return a 5V USB Neon Sign?
For eligible non-personalised products, notify us within 14 days of delivery if you wish to return them. Being made after an order does not by itself remove statutory withdrawal rights. Contact us before sending anything back and read our Return and Refund Policy.
What is the return policy for 12V custom made products?
Signs made to your individual specifications, such as your own wording, name, logo or artwork, are not eligible for change-of-mind returns. Your rights for faulty or incorrectly supplied goods remain unchanged. Statutory withdrawal rights for standard, non-personalised goods also remain in place. See our Return and Refund Policy.
What is the warranty period for your products?
Our two-year warranty starts on delivery. It covers defects in the sign, LEDs and supplied accessories, including mounting hardware, the power adapter, dimmer, RGB controller and remote control, when used as instructed. See our Warranty and Claims page. Your statutory rights remain unchanged.
Are your products environmentally friendly?
Yes, at The Art Neon, we are conscious of our responsibility to the environment. Our LED lights are energy-efficient, and we use sustainable materials in our production.
Do you provide worldwide shipping?

Where is my sign shipped from?
The Art Neon produces signs in both Finland and China. The location of your sign's production depends on order volumes, as well as the specific features and requirements of your sign. No matter the production location, we ensure that every product reaches our customers with the same high quality and on schedule.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept a variety of payment options, including Klarna, Paytrail, and PayPal, as well as payments via e-invoice and standard invoicing. For more details, please visit our payment page.
Are Orders Outside Finland VAT-Exempt?
Yes, if you have a valid VAT number, orders placed outside of Finland may be exempt from VAT charges. Since this option isn’t available automatically on our payment page, please contact us at support@theartneon.com to arrange a customized payment method.

Do you offer free design services for LED neon signs?
Yes. Send us your logo or artwork for a free first mockup, technical drawing and quote within 24 hours. One or two small changes are included. If further design work needs a fee, we will confirm it before proceeding.
What fonts do you offer?
We offer over 35 fonts online. You can also send us your logo or a specific font if you wish to incorporate it into your design.
Can I choose a font I’ve seen elsewhere?
Yes! We strive to meet your design preferences, and we will try to match your desired font.
Will my LED Neon sign heat up?
Our neon signs are safe to touch, even if left on for extended periods. Although they may feel slightly warm after long use, they remain safe to touch.
Are LED Neon signs harmful to the environment?
Our LED Neon signs have no more environmental impact than a standard light bulb. Unlike traditional glass neon signs, LED signs do not emit mercury, making them more environmentally friendly.
