Standard production and delivery take approximately 2–3 weeks in total; Express takes 10–12 calendar days for an additional fee. The same published timing applies to indoor and outdoor signs. Timing begins after payment and completion of the mock-up review process, when applicable.

If you request a free mock-up with your order, we will email it within 24 to 48 hours. You may approve it or request changes within 24 hours of that email. If we do not receive a reply, the mock-up is treated as approved and production begins. The deadline is confirmed in the email.
